Fried Green Beans
Green beans can be cooked into delicious dishes of various kinds. I was very happy to learn a lot of recipes from basic ingredients of green beans. Before I created this site, I only know how to cook stir-fried green beans. I am bored with the usual menu like that. And when I find articles about green bean recipes, I was immediately interested to make this site as a reference of the green bean.

Ingredients
- 1 quart vegetable oil for frying
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 pound fresh green beans
Sauce
- 1 cup japanese mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sirachi hot chili sauce
- 6 green onions, whites only, coarsely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
Directions
- Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Whisk together the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; set aside. Pour the buttermilk into a shallow dish.
- Thread the green beans onto toothpicks, making bundles of about 5 green beans each. Dip the green bean bundles into the buttermilk, then into the flour mixture. Shake off any excess flour. Fry in the hot oil until the flour turns golden brown, about 4 minutes. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate, and serve hot.
For sauce:
Place ingredients
in blender or food processor and mix til smooth.
